Julie began her financial career in 1991, working for a well-known high street bank. During that time she obtained CeMap qualifications that enabled her to advise customers on relevant mortgages and associated plans.
Although Julie had great success with the bank, it was target selling their products and she knew she had much more to offer. She no longer has that sense of sales pressure as, here at Cotswold, we pride ourselves on offering a personal service, advising and recommending the most appropriate arrangements for our clients, not 'selling'.
Julie has been with the Cotswold Team now since 2006 as a Mortgage Adviser. During her time she has also qualified in advising on Equity Release Mortgages which has given her the opportunity to assist our senior clients, as well as helping first time buyers.
She has built up a strong relationship over the years, not only with her clients many of whom have contacted her again for help, whether it be refinancing, moving on up the ladder or helping other family members; but also solicitors, estate agents, accountants and surveyors. Client feedback tells her this greatly helps smooth the mortgage and home buying process.
Julie refers to herself as, 'The One Stop Shop' so, why go elsewhere when she will hold your hand the whole way through?
