
Administration Manager
Liz started with Cotswold in April 2002, and cannot believe how the time has flown by so quickly. With a background in will writing, probate administration and the hospitality trade, her role as Senior Financial Planning Administrator suits her well. It enables her to combine her organisational skills with the ability to keep personal contact with clients on a regular basis.
Over the years her responsibilities have increased. Having initially dealt with the administration of mortgages, protection and general insurance, she now supports the IFA Team in the office, learning all about pensions, investments and planning for retirement. This has also been enhanced further through a program of ongoing financial services examinations, and she successfully achieved the ‘CeFAP’ (Certificate in Financial Administration and Planning) qualification in November 2014.
All of the above duties are controlled through our new ‘True Potential’ back office system, which Liz has been instrumental in embedding in the business. This has been a great challenge and is now benefitting the business and clients alike.
